ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products,
all online purchases are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
All online orders, whether shipped or selected for in-store pickup, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase for items returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached and a valid receipt. We are pleased to offer store credit or exchange for eligible items; refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
Please note that all sales are final on pleasure products, Carine Gilson, hosiery, worn or damaged items, sale merchandise, and gift cards.
